We’re Mike & Jackie – a husband and wife design + build team with deep local roots and a passion for uncovering the true potential of old homes. With years of real estate investment and construction experience, we have turned our personal enthusiasm for home rehabbing into a career of helping others unlock their home design dreams.

We know firsthand how important it is to maximize every space in your home. We love finishing and reimagining basement spaces to increase overall usable space and tuck away those ugly utilities. Whether you want to use it as recreational space, add a guest bedroom or make it an indoor playground, we partner with clients to find the best solutions for their needs.
