This 70 year old home was on the brink of being condemned but we saw its true potential. By opening some walls, converting an open breezeway into functional living space and reimagining each room & exterior, we were able to fully transform it into one of our favorite showcase projects.

We completed a wide range of projects in this home, from a full kitchen renovation, primary bathroom and hall bathroom remodels to an addition off the front of the house for a new beautiful dining room, mudroom and covered entrance.

This house was a total fixer upper. It was nearly condemned when we found it. We focused on making the split level more functional, maximizing space by closing in a screened in porch and upping the curb appeal.
